I don't have a 360 but I still don't go around calling Call of Duty PS3 exclusive

That's not the same thing. To own a gaming capable PC you need to spend at least $500 on a new machine, probably over $800 for a good one. Most people don't have that kind of money laying around. Also I could install programs on my PC (well not mine) to play PS3, 360, and Wii games, so how is any game exclusive then?
Having a 360 game play on the PC is the same as having a Wii exclusive also play on the DS. The Wii version is still an exclusive.

Well over here a 360 costs about $500 and PS3 about $520 so...But yeah, the price shouldn't be a factor. If the game has a PC version, it's not exclusive. Most of the time, the gameplay in PC and 360 versions of games is almost identical, while you're comparing Wii to the DS, where the versions often differ by a whole lot. I still wouldn't call a Wii/DS game Wii exclusive.

Yea see, last holiday season I saw a 360 Arcade for $130, and one of my friends said he saw one for $80 during the year. I've also seen 160GB PS's for $200 before on various sales. In North America consoles undercut the price of PC gaming quite a bit. I can buy all 3 consoles and both handhelds for the price of a PC that can play all of them.
For the HD consoles, as long as it's "exclusively not on" the other console, it's exclusive to me. LOL!

lol, fine...but I still won't call a game exclusive that is on more than one platform!
And hell, why don't I live in NA?? $130 is only a bit more expensive than one PS3 game over here!

Well normally an Arcade 360 is $200, and the 250GB 360 and 160GB PS3 are $300. However retailers like Wal-Mart and Best Buy often throw console sales. During the November/December months, it's not hard to get a console 33% off, and if you really look 50% off is possible, even after the holidays when retailers are just trying to clear stock.
That's why I don't consider a PC version as making a game not exclusive. Generally PC gamers form their own audience, and console gamers form their own too. If you can afford a PC and a console, why not own any console you want at this point?
