It definitely won't outsell Uncharted 2 but it will end up in the same ballpark of 5 million copies lifetime thanks to long legs.
Honestly it's more of the same, won't get the same incredible Metascore and this time it's got much harder competion in the best Holiday season of gaming in history (Creed, Skyrim, COD, Batman, BF3, Darksouls and Rage).
