Problem, time travellers?

Well first can we work out how we are going to timetravel? The way that we can currently timetravel (to not be technical and actually mean cahnge your position in time without worrying about the details too much) is by going really really close to the speed of light, meaning that clocks in our rest frame move more slowly than outside, meaning that our 1 hour could be years outside....

But this requires moving at the speed of light, so your position is going to change anyway relative to the rest frame, which in this case is the earth
