Pakistan is a nuclear weapon carrying nation. They do have "power". Granted, they wouldn't use them but saying that they have no power is false.

last i checked they couldnt reach the united states.

Actually they have a pretty damn good ICBM program last time I checked ;) I know that they are no serious threat to the US but they could probably smugle in a nuclear bomb on US or US ally soil ;)
