ok, don't hate your sister cause your not smart enough to reboot your computer and tell it to NOT go into safe mode. You should have just power cycled it and watched the startup and told it to boot normally.
For the record.
Windows will go into "safe" mode whenever it fails to boot properly, even if your the idiot who decided to pull the power cable while it was booting.
