What baffles me about this is why you aren't you comparing it to the PS3 version of BF3? If you are comparing it to BF3 overall, uncharted will most likely lose. With the PS3 and PC versions included. BF3 isn't even the biggest FPS on the XBox 360, so this whole comparison doesn't even make sense. Both games are completely different genre as well. Comparing UC3 to Gears 3 would make more sense and we already know which game will outsell the other there. This is the dumbest comparison I've seen in a long time. BF3 isn't exclusive. Compare UC3 to Halo CE Anniv or Gears 3 would make more sense.
