It appears from the chartz that Gears 3 is going to do much better than Gears 2 on release week. If pre order numbers hold up I wouldn't be surprised if we see a 2.5 million first day and 3 to 3.5 million first week (Possible it could hit 4 million IMO) WW. Gears 3 will by far be the biggest Gears game in sales yet.
MW3 (X360) is beginning to pick up with great pre order numbers, much like a COD game should be expected. I think it will end up beating out Black Ops by a bit. Black ops week one WW was around 5.85. Im putting MW3 around the 6.5 million mark. Possible of hitting 7, but Im skeptical.
Battlefield 3 (X360) will be a much better seller than Medal of Honor was last year from EA games. I'm expecting first week sales to be between the 2 and 3 million range if these pre order numbers keep going up. Im expecting its sales to reach just under half of MW3 sales, which in and of itself is an achievement for any FPS competator.
Elder Scrolls V will have some big sales on release week. Looks like we are going to see pre orders going higher in most weeks until release.
MW3 (PS3) is a bit surprising for me. It seems that weekly pre orders are somewhat low when compared to Black Ops (PS3). The way its going I would expect MW3 will be even or slightly under Black Ops on release weeks sales. I will guess MW3 (PS3) may be around 4 million on release week WW.
Zelda Skyward Sword got an official release date and it looks like pre orders are really picking up. I think this game is going to have some huge sales on release week.
UC3 having some better pre order sales than UC2. Based on hype Im surprised it isn't getting even more pre orders. I'm sure it will have an impressive release week sales for a PS3 exclusive title.
Halo CEA is not having huge pre orders but still impressive for a remake of the old original. I think it will still have a fairly impressive release week sales for what it offers.
Forza 4 is finally on the pre orders board. I was beginning to wonder about it since it is releasing in just over a month. Looks like pre orders are ahead of Forza 3, but still not close to GT5. I personally thought its pre orders would be doing a bit better but still at least tracking ahead of Forza 3 numbers. It looks like it will be a very impressive racing game.
