I think part of the problem in this one was that the experience and augmentations were the same in this game, unlike in the other one where experience just upped your skills (and you couldn't max out most of it!). By the end of this game I almost had every augmentation, and that's just.... not good. I was also surprised I couldn't pick up random shit to make noise in this game, like... if they made it work back in 2001 you'd think it would work now too. If they iterate on this instead of dumbign it down more due to people bitching (I'm split on the boss battles) then we could actually see a game that was even better than the first one eventually. It's a pretty big IF though. Also, FUCK DLC. I will enjoy not paying a cent for some random DLC that is coming out like a month after release. |
Lockpicking doesn't make sense in the future setting, they make the "hack doors" thing in the new game , which makes more sense.
i don't see us using the old fashioned keys 50 years from now/
