Perhaps one of the most benign promotions we've seen to purchase the 4GB Xbox 360 Kinect bundle has resulted in consumers being able to get the $170 Gears of War 3 Epic Edition for free. Toys R Us is currently running a promotion where purchasers of the 4GB Xbox 360 Kinect bundle for $299.99 can get ANY Xbox 360 game of their choice for free. However, the retailer did not put a limit on the value of the game nor did it rule out pre-orders. That means that the pre-order for the Gears of War 3 Epic Edition is free game. This is also good with the Gears of War 3 Limited Edition for $99.99 Unfortunately, Toys R Us does not have any other hot upcoming collector editions coming such as the one for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim or Batman: Arkham City. However, there is the Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood Collector's Edition for $99.99, Rocksmith at $79.99, uDraw Studio at $79.99 and more. You can check out the complete list of games eligible at Toys R Us' website. We don't know if Toys R Us will honor the deal on the Gears of War 3 Epic Edition but that's a heck of a deal if you can get it. http://www.examiner.com/console-gaming-in-national/purchase-a-xbox-360-kinect-bundle-get-the-gears-of-war-3-epic-edition-for-free
