If you can get some kind of utility that can directly control your Turbo Boost so that the cpu has only two cores working at a higher clock then it might be worth it to install Dolphin (after you upgrade your GPU that is). |
It's an M620 @2.67GHz and I don't think the GPU is upgradable. Even it it were, it's a company laptop and I doubt modifying the hardware would go over too well with my boss.
