PS3's increase in sales is decent but maybe this is just an effect of the immediate price drop, probably from lack of coverage or .the price cut still haven't hit that sweet spot.

Actually it's a decent drop considering how the Japanese market is. 100 thousand second week after a price drop is actually amazing imo (even though it is a pretty early price drop)
