Are Japanese third-party developers working on new 3DS games?

Question is will it be 2006-2007-2008 Japan or 2010-2011 Japan ? :D

 

But on more serious note ringing alarm bells before TGS is way too early. If no games are annouced there it will be right time to hit the panic button.
