I've stopped using it recently, I don't have many friends on XBOX.
Still, it's a nice feat, something the PS3 could have really found useful.
I keep in-game chat on though, otherwise certain game modes are blocked online, you can't wind people up and you can't hear the sex noises when someone does a great kill.
