I feel exactly the same. It's a good game, but far far from great. To me it is over rated. The character designs, level designs and script is far from being great (with the latter far from being good). I won't say i didn't enjoy sonic, but it feels more like the a sonic "without errors" rather than an inspiring sonic game. God knows how bad the previous games were
