TO add to this, no. The only people that think its a good idea is the Ninty fanboys, who are too in love to see how this is bad. YOu would have a monopoly, monopolies are not good, that means Ninty would be able to charge whatever, and generally get lazy and complacent. That goes for MS and SOny too. Game companies dont want to go back to the bad NES days, THEy also dont want another PS2 that dominates so totally that you have no choice but to develop for them. SE had made a statement about that
