yeah and the wiimote and ps move are radically different to the le stick... they aren't all wands that track motion... 

The Wiimote had games designed for it, Le Stick had not. That's a pretty significant difference when it comes to video games.

awesome dive for a loophole i must say but its irrelevant it was a motion wand designed for consoles what is the wiimote? i never got into a discussion about games just on the originality of the idea in question... to say that nintendo came up with this idea is just about the most ridiculous claim ever
