Does anyone have a comprehensive list of the games they're offering free of charge?

They haven't announced all of them but from what they have announced...

20 games total - 10 VC NES games and 10 VC Gameboy Advance games

Free VC NES games for 3DS:
Super Mario Bros.
Super Mario Bros.
Donkey Kong JR.
Balloon Fight
Ice Climbers
The Legend of Zelda

Free VC Gameboy Advance games for 3DS:
Super Mario Advance 3: Yoshi's Island
Mario Kart Advance
Metroid Fusion
Wario ware
Mario vs. Donkey Kong

Two questions:  1 - can we get them now?  and 2 - Do we get to chose or are they predetermined? (like, will there be 20 per system and you get to pick 10, a la the PSN with their pick 2/5 or 2/4 for PS3/PSP respectively)?
