he is obviously trying to send a political message, so just lock him up for life or death penalty by injection and avoid doing anything that will make others think of him as a martyr. Criminal Punishment should not be about the criminal "getting what he deserves." Would killing him in a grotesque matter bring back all the people he's killed? No it will just be a way for people to vent out their anger. This revenge and anger mentality is was causes most of societies problems.
