Coming from an Amazon rep...

“The reason why this is under a review :

The flip-screen is loose when its opened, please inform them that Nintendo has confirmed as long as the upper screen locks into place, the unit is within Nintendo’s design specification. Customers can call 1-800-255-3700.”
If this is indeed the reason, I'm not too sure what Nintendo can do in the short-term to get Amazon selling the 3DS again. How does one resolve this issue without taking months of work to do so?

My black 3DS' screen does tend to wobble if i really shake the system (as happened a few times when i got pissed off at Link's Awakening), but i wasn't aware this was a product quality issue
