PS3 elite confirmed

So a 20gig add on for a region that got their PS3 much later than the rest of the world all of sudden qualifies it as elite model? So waht does it have that is significantly more than what is already availible? You know like with the 360 the elite had a HDMI port and a huge increase to HDD (100gig more)
