sorry about the outage today, seems we hit a ram limit. has been fixed should not happen again*
we moved today form 32 bit java to 64(i thought we were already on it) seems the install i did for 64 bit java just installed a second 32 bit due to me using a 32 bit web browser and being over ridden on my download by the sun website, I should have checked over the install sooner pain in the ass downloads and all in windows (never had this issue on my mac :p ), now the server does actually have access to the 6gb of ram i allocated for it, vs the 1 gb 32java could handle . should see improvement again in handling when large numbers of people are on the server.
i noted today also that the download of the maps have been an issue for some web browsers/ windows set ups that want to display them and not download them so we will be moving to .zip for map downloads starting this week.
