Yep,OW record is a lock.It will be close to $170M,but not even that is enough to beat the previous record holder,TDK,in terms of admissions.
It's really impressive for sure,it will end with $350M DOM,but it's overseas business will be the real bang for this movie.
As for TDKR,it's the sequel to the 2nd biggest movie in the USA in the past 11-12 years,and will also have a part of Inception's audience to see Nolan's new movie,and on top of that,it's the end of the trilogy (see Return of the King).Its bound to destroy records.
