This looks like Namco took a bunch of their existing Wii game engines - We Ski, We Cheer (? is there dancing?), Active Life, some racing game, cloned a bunch of Nintendo Wii stuff and stuff from other casual Wii games(and seems to have improved on them) reskined a lot of stuff (racing with cars, racing with skidoos, racing with horses/Tricks with skis, tricks with skates, tricks with waterskis) but at least those seem to be more than just cosmetic changes.
Basically, they just took all the 'best of' Wii casual games, smooched them all together and put them into an open world and then treated it with respect. The game looks lovely. Thought seems to have been put into everything and everything at least looks fun.
If this game is as good as it looks and as fun as previous Namco titles - this could be a major break-out hit. Especially since there's virtually nothing else out on Wii this year, this title could spread on a ton of word of mouth and 'played it at.... now I want my own copy' and be the must have holiday title for all the Wii owners who don't play Zelda.

Personally I was already highly interested but now that I've seen lightsaber fights and mini-golf (presumably both with WiiMotion+) I'm sold. If the reviews are decent I'll purchase it day one.

I really hope this game does well for Namco, they deserve it.

Until you've played it, every game is a system seller!
