None of them will launch a home console as they are developers/publishers. If any of them launches a console they would be forced to release their games only on their platform which would mean less people buying their games = less money earned = bad business = angry shareholders that would fire the CEO.

Only a "new" company like Apple could do it, but which support would 3rd parties give to them given their price policy? And how many people that buy iPod/iPad games would want to play those games on the TV?
