The sun on sunday wont happen, it already exists as a local newspaper in Newcastle I believe.  But the Sun becoming a 7 day paper is likely yes.  So, like I said... a purely business decision.

The best bit is that another couple of papers are supposededly about to be outed as doing the same.... OUTSIDE of news corporation. 

I will laugh my cock off if it turns out to be The Guardian... please god it is!!!!

Though the Guardian may be an irritating paper, it is at least halfway serious. I would much rather see the Sun, the Mail and the Independent shut down.
