Outside of Ubisoft so far the answer has been a resounding no from everyone, just look at every developer who commented on features that they are interested in using and every one talks about using it in existing games. Maybe that is because they haven't had time to start origonal games yet but most likely it is a sign that they see the Wii U as a extra platform for existing games, the days of 3rd party exclusives is going away now everything is multiplatform, everything major anyway.
