The phone design looks great to me, all way round. The posibility of selecting which OS to use would be great for the phone's future.
Or any Nokia phone for that. You want WP7? Install it. Prefer MeeGo? Come over here.

I'll be eyeing both this and the future Nokia WP7 at the end of the year. Need to let go of my old trusty HTC Touch.

Dual boot OS perhaps? Choose the one you want on the fly...

It needs to be on another phone if it's to happen. WP7 has only been designed to run on a few select chipsets, and the one in the N9 isn't one of them.

Just seen the Nokia WP7 leak video and it is really just an N9 with an extra camera button. That phone could still run the MeeGo OS with some xda magic? If the OS fails down the line or you get bored of swiping, you could still get the latest WP OS on the phone. It's the kind of phone I'd be looking forward to. Testing some cool OS, and future proofed with another one. Wonder how Nokia will go on with these ideas and how they will implement them.
