Not necessarily. Isn't Atlus the publisher and thus depending on the developer the game could be good or bad.

Although I would agree that I tend to like Atlus games I have played/heard about so it has a greater chance of being good.

I think that Atlus has got a good opportunity for growth given that many bigger third parties are wary to compete with Nintendo on the Wii but Atlus doesn't as they are still quite small so the same sales for them on the Wii as other third party would be seen as low for that other third party but as big for them, thus giving them experience with the control. Like they say "a rising tide raises all the ships", execpt for the ships that refuse to sail in these waters of course.

I don't know how much experience with controls they're supposed to get by publishing other people's games.

This is the title loop from the Japanese version, it shows gameplay. I have to say I'm a bit interested, especially since I haven't played a dark dungeon crawler in ages. However, the RPGs built from the ground up for the Wii are a lot more enticing to me, ToS-R and FFCCTCB in particular.
