Even if all those great (supposedly) came out next week the PS3 wouldnt outsell the 360 by those margins.
Most of those games if they hit in 2008 will be in the 4th quarter. It is a very good bet that through the first 9 months of 2008 the PS3 will trim next to nothing from the 360's lead.
Libraries sell systems not individual games
