It's NamcoBandai, Dude.  One of the worst publisher when it comes to localization. They can't even localized the Tales games. 

Theyve got to localize Tales Of Xillia or i will die :-/

Good luck waiting 2 or so years (for it to be announced that it is being localized)! :P
