Gears 3 is coming out September so that doesn't count. And Uncharted is a bigger series than Battlefield. No battlefield on consoles hit 3 million. I'm sure it's the same for pc as well

Zelda has a chance, so does MK3DS (depending on how heavy the launch is vs the legs).
