I'll again draw the comparison of this E3 to Nintendo for E3 2009 for Microsoft. E3 09 was proof of concept for Natal/Kinect, E3 2010 was where they really showed the product as it would be and the real support it would get, and likely that's what we're setting up for next E3 from Nintendo, or perhaps even sooner if Nintendo's having any intermediate events (it's a damn shame that they never show up to TGS and always just phone it in to Gamescom, otherwise we could set a more definitely timeline for when we're gonna find out more about this) |
I really don't think Kinect is a great example of strong, high-quality first and third party support for a hardware device.
