Do we have any clue where they pulled these numbers from?
Just looking at this years sales in japan (based on this website) and this video has all the values way off.
Here is what this site shows

You can see that VGChartz has PS3 at 7.44% vs. ~3%, which would mean VGChartz overtracked by 100% for the PS3 (or undertracked for every other console)
Also, I Don't know why they didn't include X360, since it sold ~1%, while they tracked that WS system (don't have a clue what it is)
