Skyrim is most definately undertracked. No way that Batman (!), Mass Effect and Deus Ex (!!) are on par with it (or even before it in the case of Batman PS3).
All Bethesda games have been very high in pre-orders and first week sales before (Fallout 3, Fallout: NV) and Elder Scrolls: Skyrim is the biggest of them all.
Skyrim is locked for GOTY 2011 and will sell 2 million copies on first week on consoles alone.
And why would Ghost Recon all of a sudden have 100K preorders? Is there some pre-order incentive?
