Nintendo have been very successful in the hand held market, so it makes sense for them to go all out on making there gaming devices as portable as the DS or 3DS.
The only issue is how will they differentiate to consumers that Cafe is different from the cheaper 3DS, or NGP. It's a cool idea but might be hard to implement.
