I don't see it below 399$ because :
- touchscreen is no cheap technology, and from what we heard the controller will have a rather large one (same size or larger than an Iphone one, and an Iphone is an expensive thing).
- If the technology inside the system is even slightly more advanced than 360/PS3, it will probably be a big jump from the Wii in terms of cost (developement and components)
