It was explained as simply as it could be, only 3 stickies on the new forum. Somehow I'm not surprised you didn't grasp that simple fact though.

The simple stuff is often the most difficult, after all. I didn't see a thread, nor did I see this rule, and it would seem that a lot of other people didn't either. So, if I'd seen then I wouldn't have asked, obviously
