How do you reach 100% profile completion?

I wonder why the dashboard and profile are separated like that.

And why do I have 0% profile completion??

Edit: 

Okay, now it says 100%.  There was a similar glitch yesterday, where my profile was saying I had only ~39k points instead of ~73k.
