Well, I bought my best psp games on UMD, and only the mediocre ones on PSN, so I agree.

as a counter point - i never bought a psp so having access to all of those games is something of a compelling argument for buying an NGP.  i don't want a ton of psp games but i really really really want VC2 and 3.

I feel the same way. I never owned a PSP, so getting improved versions of the PSP games along with all the awesome looking NGP games is making the NGP very attractive indeed!
