Pokemon is just one of their Aces, with 2D mario being another, and variety of titles that reach 4 million like Animal Crossing DS and Mario Kart DS. ah, but sony fans have the power of lowered expectation on our side.  if NGP is even close to 50% market share (within ~5%) we're counting it as a win.  :P

So pretty much something like 3DS Lifetime - 55 million and NGP Lifetime - 45 Million, I guess that can be called a victory, but I would call them both losers. If it is something like 110 million and 90 million, I might call that a draw.

i personally don't think the first set of numbers is realistic - 3DS ought to be able to hit at least 70-80 million imo.  things will pick up eventually.

to the second set of number - i can see how you might call that a draw but i'd counting it as a victory for sony!
