This isn't about fairness or not, this is about the involvement of neutral countries in a conflict that doesn't concern them, I would venture to say that Jordan and Egypt were far more impacted by the existance of Israel than Czechoslovakia. If anything the jews were the idiots who decided to start a revolt in the middle of a muslim dominated region. They should have found a way to win it themselves. I already mentioned that if Israel had won the war with their own resources I wouldn't be disagreeing with its existance.

As I said, there have been plenty of cultures who have died out before, and there is nothign wrong with that. Even then I somehow doubt that judaism would have disappeared if there wasn't an official jewish state. It's a fairly tight knit and resilient culture.
