Yes. Is it any sillier than saying the Jews lost their legitimate claim to the land after the fucking Roman Empire rolled them and put over half a million of them to the sword? That wasn't exactly "fair", either.

So, did the UN, or to be more specific England, roll in and decide to live there? Israel didn't do shit they were just handed the right back in the 40s.
