As there's still so many people who hold the view that the Jews shouldn't have come there to begin with, who question the very existence of a sovereign Jewish state in Israel, I think Israel should keep to it's hard line and keep Judea and Samaria ("the West Bank").
And meanwhile build as many settlements as possible and surround Jerusalem completely.
I believe Jerusalem is the undivided capital of the Jews and they will never give it to anyone.
