This was a good suggestion. I would suggest, that you can only rate games on the "games i own" list, but that would be a problem to people like me, who have borrowed a lot of games from relatives and friends. Although, rating only "games i own" would be better than the current system.

but then wouldnt people just add the games to their games they own list just so they can rate it
