Possible, but FFXIII already had lots of cutscenes, so I guess unless FFVersusXIII will have double the gameplay content, it wouldn't make much sense increasing the amount of cutscenes.
So as ishiki mentioned before. If it's only bigger levels, more npcs or whatever it doesn't make much of a difference.
Also I know this is more of a joke in here, but the 360 version of FFXIII is under 15GB. Meaning with the new disc format it would've fit on 2 DVDs. So don't worry Carl. There won't be more than 3 DVDs for the 360 version of FFVersusXIII
