Lol, nice point 4 :)

Fair point 2 on the Rare/Kinect sports argument. But you have to agree that it leaches off the Kinect marketing alot when looking at it from a sales perspective. Kameo, ughh... Bad game.

But for piont 3, you're again underestimating Nintendo's focus on this goal, they seem fairly adamant to get competitive in that market, and so looking for exclusives from 3rd parties, as well as the multi-plat stuff some like, doesn't seem so far fetched. It seems like a true challenge as you said earlier, but not far fetched. Again, it's all about the long term, all about the vision, and all about the money. They rest is vaccuous in this market.

I agree.  But I don't even think that's a bad thing.  I wish more publishers would advertise their games to the extent Microsoft did with Kinect(Sony cough cough) customers can't know their interested lest they are aware of the software.

I'm not underestimating Nintendo's focus on this goal.  Games are expensive as all hell to make nowadays.  That's why we see this multiplat thing being the way it is.  Sony and M$ have seemingly stopped paying for exclusives and I wouldn't doubt it isn't because it's cheaper to start new studios than to buy games from 3rd parties that may not even be a hit.  Has Nintendo ever engaged in that back when games were cheaper to make?  It's hard to see them biting off 20-60 million per game from someone else when they could start or purchase a studio and advertise their first game with that money.  I suppose if they want it bad enough just doesn't seem sustainable to me.
