Handheld's aren't really considered "consoles"... so for the top 5 I'd simply order the Nintendo consoles in this way...
5 GameCube
4 N64
3 Wii (ONLY because it helped propel Nintendo from dead last to the market leader in a single generation)
2 SNES
1 NES
