nintendo no, cause the online isn't used as much. Microsoft worse cause you have to pay for online.
If you're asking who's more competent... I can't say, microsofts has ton of experience, but also screw up a lot with windows (I love windows 7). Nintendo's not really dealt with this. But you don't know til it actually happens.
