Resistance 2, probably by more than 1 million copies. Killzone had a hard time on the PS2, so I see no reason why Killzone 2 should have an easy one on PS3.
Killzone 2, to me, is like WiiFit to Wii; able to sell quite a lot but nothing sensational or overly important to the overall hardware sales.
And I even own Killzone myself... 
(which is why I have this opinion)
