Puzzles are a big part of Zelda.

It's not a hack and slash/combat game.

Strange, because that seems to be the definition of Zelda I, II, and III.

You're only likely to get a 2D Zelda game on 3DS.

Console Zeldas will continue to be 3D and they will continue to be great and not 'gimmicky crap'.

How so, if the handheld Zeldas are craped with gimicks and puzzles as well? The Zelda series will never expand if they continue thinking like you. Not only that. that stupid Zelda Wii is taking Nintendo their biggest amount of resources and persons working at it ever, and it is just going to be an average Zelda. Instead, they could be making a much higher quality, best seller old school Zelda, with much less resources and people working at it.

And Zelda will fail if they think like you and make it just another combat game. We have enough of those out there.

I'm not surprised you think this way, since the Zelda fanbase is so divided and think their way is the best way for the series. No one Zelda game will everf ully satisfy all the fans.

I don't know a single decent game out there that uses Motion plus for combat like Zelda could. It would be the best Zleda game made. But Nintendo just doesn't want to do it, they prefer to make puzzles because those are easy to develop.
